According to my knowledge that 55% is the share youtube always gave to every partner and network. Youtube always takes 45% from the adsales. The other 55% is divided between the network and the partner. So basicly nothing changes, but for many people this sounds like a new thing.

Yes, Freedom needs way more support staff. We are complaing about this for quite some time, but the support is still very slow. I have waited for months now, it is realy getting ridiculous at this point.

This bug is currently fixed, I don't know if the other bugs are fixed yet. That's a really good question, how do we get our partners back, because we all lost a ton of them.
