I'd go to support.tm for that. Open a ticket with them and they will help out.

how long have you been with freedom?

Keep in mind that Freedom handles a 2 month delay regarding payments. Due to this it could be that your dashboard isn't showing earnings yet.

Have you checked if your videos are monetized?
