Ok, so if you have never used the Freedom! support ticket system it is absolutely aweful. The response time on tickets is so long and never get a response. George should focus more on his ticket system rather than his comment system.

That is a ticket related to another ticket that hasn't been resolved for OVER 2 MONTHS!!!! @George Please fix your broken system.

Sure, you make a network with 100,000 partners, most of which are clueless about YouTube, and answer all the questions in the most straight-forward yet dumb downed responses so they make sense in Google Translate.

While the support system is rocky at best, it's understandable given the size of the network.
Here's a tip from me, help yourself before you ask others to help, this is something a 3-second google could fix.

May take some time... I heard the head of support "ernest" was let go. He was always the one who dealt with support when I used it. So Im not even sure who is even doing the support now.

We have lost a few members from the support team recently, so there is a backlog of tickets. The support staff present are working as hard as they can to get them resolved.

This has only happened recently though, not sure why your ticket from 2 months ago wasn't resolved though, did you send multiple tickets in? Sending more than 1 ticket in can make it take longer as it get sent back to the end of the queue.

Is it an issue that can be solved by the forum team? Also there is a twitter account that can handle some cases https://twitter.com/FreedomFAQ

To add a bit of clarification here the ticket in question was bumped by the user (OP) many times which kept it in the freshly updated cue... seeing as we work from oldest to newest this means they was actively delaying their own resolution.
