For one of my upcoming videos, I plan on talking about a specific movie, while using many scenes from the movie. I've heard, from many YouTubers that do reviews on movies and such, that they tend to have problems with fair use and copyright infringement. So what would make a video fair use rather than copy infringement.

Well movies will certain get you a copyright strike unless you have full rights from the maker to use the material.
