Just upload good quality content as frequently as possible like I upload good content every day and after a while you will grow
What I do is good thumbnails good tags good title and don't forget to share your videos!
Also don't forget to respond to comments it attracts new viewers on your channel!
And with good video description and unique content I'm sure you will grow fast!
There are lots of ways but the main thing in my opinion is staying consistent to the cause. Upload with a schedule and keep at it. Good quality is important but also leaving no gaps is important in my opinion.
if you are apart of a community or group that will support you, that'll help you grow. if you get your name out there on multiple platforms, more people will check out your channel.
Find your niche, make content, try your best to provide the best possible content you can and also upload consistently.
Water it daily, keep it in direct sunlight, avoid insects.
In all seriousness, all the advice here has been sound. Just make sure you don't promote yourself on sites or places people don't want to see it. There's tons of places on the internet, such as right here, that have the type of communities you wanna be a part of. You're way better off growing organically here as opposed to spamming your videos on a big subreddit or whatever and getting tons of hate.
